Wendy is a Physiotherapist who has had extensive training in both Hong Kong and the United States. She integrates Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Craniosacral Therapy and Integrative Manual Therapy to facilitate optimum recovery and healing in her patients. With her compassion and deep interest in holistic wellness of patients, Wendy continues to evolve her professional training in natural, gentle and effective healing modalities other than manual therapies by including Nutrition, Lifestyle Medicine, Psycho-therapeutic modalities and other complementary treatment methods.

She has been practicing with private multidisciplinary clinics in Hong Kong for over the past 20 years, and has treated a lot of patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal pains, injuries, strains, sprains and bone dysfunctions, headaches, fatigue, pre- and post-natal concerns, as well as digestive problems, stress based health issues through integrated therapies. Prior to private practice, she spent her initial professional years working in the Hong Kong Sports Institute where she treated elite athletes for various kinds of sports injuries, trauma, spine disorders and orthopedic problems both in Hong Kong and international competitions.

She also has extensive experience in treating infants and children with conditions ranging from developmental and learning disorders, gross and fine motor developmental delays, posture and growth issues, irregular headshape, colic, reflux, sleeping problems, immune deficiencies, ADHD/ADD, Autism amongst others.

Wendy’s passion for the embodiment of manual therapy and gentle, natural healing modalities began in her young volunteering days. She continued this as a Physiotherapist at a non-profit organization along with other medical professionals helping children and adults from disadvantaged families. She worked there with patients ranging from simple orthopedic problems to severe deformities, central nervous system damages, spinal cord injuries and scar contractures.

Wendy enjoys working with individuals, their children and families. In order to optimize the innate healing potential that lies within each one of us, she works hand-in-hand with her patients to develop individualized manual treatment plans, lifestyle and nutrition as well as home programs to correct the root cause(s) of dysfunctions.

As a mother herself of two young children, Wendy deeply believes in the importance of re-building and maintaining a healthy body and mind at all times for both the younger and older generations, as it does not only shift their personal and professional dynamics positively, but also brings about an optimum potential for themselves as well as for all.

"My greatest contentment is seeing patients regaining their health, happiness, and the awareness of a balanced and healthy living- physically, mentally and spiritually."
